HTMLWriter is a simple editor for HTML, designed for writing and editing web pages using raw HTML and being able to see the results as you go.

It is written in MS Visual Basic V5 (Learning Edition). Despite what it seems, we are not great fans of Microsoft, just victims of their monopoly.

You can find the specifications for various flavours of HTML and for Cascading Style Sheets at the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
