Partially fixed the "#" HREF problem - it now works under W98 but not W95. Added "space" as a browser refresh trigger.
Revised "space" as a browser refresh trigger; now only the first one a a run of spaces causes a refresh to avoid screen flasshing. Added revision history page and recovery section to help page. Pretty up the help pages a bit.
To allow for slower machines, the auto update feature has options ranging from off to full. Some efficiency improvements are made to the editor side.
The current state of the options, the window sizes and locations and various other variables are now stored in a .INI file so that they are remembered between runs.
Changed the design to move the centre screen split. It now runs quickly but just with a vertical cursor line rather than a true drag.
Fixed many bugs. Implemented INS/OVR properly. Options to have either edit or browse in full screen for checking effect of changes.

Added - Address (for URL input) - Stop and Home buttons. Icons now part of .exe which avoids crashes when people move files. Program and Help windows now independant. Modernised icons. Back and Forward keyboard shortcuts added.
Full Find/Replace feature added
Single action Undo feature and Wordwrap On/Off available for the edit screen. Tacky splash screen.
Bugs in the above features fixed. Splash screen disabled until a tasteful one is written.
