		<description>Just after posting this I came across an alternative licence. This is the non-church based &lt;a href="http://www.pvsl.co.uk/" rel="nofollow"&gt;Public Video Screening Licence&lt;/a&gt;. In some ways it is less restrictive. i.e. it allows a certain amount of internal advertising. There is a requirement to make a quarterly return of material used, but in many places, it could be cheaper than the CVL.</description>
