Description

This is a large format booklet published by the auctioneer, Messrs. Edward Mitchell & Sons, Penzance and Lelant. It contains a map at a scale of 25" to the mile coloured to show the bounds of each lot. All the property concerned is in the parishes of St. Ives. The first part is 29 small holdings and the second part is of 139 houses in the town of St. Ives (not on the map) and also the Impropriate Tithe Rent Charge for the parish of St. Ives.

The sale took place on the Monday and Tuesday, September 29th and 30th, 1919 in the Public Hall, St. Ives.
