In the Name of God Amen, I William White the Elder of the Village of Bosscaswell in the Parish of Saint Just in Penwith in the County of Cornwall Yeoman, Being of perfect Mind and Memory of My Body and knowing that it is Appointed Unto Man to Die, Do Make and Ordain this my last Will and Testament, And Do hereby Declare all Former Wills and Testaments to be Null And Void to all Intents and Purposes—

I do hereby first Give and recommend My Soul unto the Hands of God who gave it and my Body to be Buried at the Discretion of My Executors, And as Touching my wordly goods or Estate as it has pleased Almighty God to bless me with, I give and bequeath in the following manner,

First I give and bequeath unto Cathrine My Beloved Wife During her Natural life all my goods Chattles of whatsoever kind they may be whether of Houses or Land Money or other property which I may possess at the time of my Decease, Nevertheless the said Cathrine My Beloved Wife shall Account for all moneys she may save at the End of Each year, such money to be Lodged in such hands as the Executors shall Determine such Money and Other property as shall remain at the decease of My Beloved Wife to be faithfully and jointly Enjoyed by Each of My Seven Children alike/ that is to say William White, Nicholas White, Richard White, John White, Henry White, Elizabeth Warren wife of Henry Warren, and Mary Nankervis wife of Samuel Nankervis. Butshould any of My Children Die before receiving his or her part that part or parts to be paid to their Children the same as if the Parent had Enjoyed it.

I do hereby Constitute my seven Children My Whole and sole Executors of this My Last will and Testament.

In the name of God Amen the Thirtyeth day of Jan in ye year of our Lord God 1717 I John Tuckfield of ye parish of Breage in ye County of Cornwall Tynner Being Very Sick and Weak in body but of perfect mind and memory, thanks be given to God therefore, Calling unto Mind ye Mortallity of my Body and knowing that it is appointed that all Men come to die, I make and Ordain this my last will and testament in the ffollowing manner.

ffirst of all I bequeave my Soul into ye hands of God that gave it and my body I recommend into ye earth to be buried in a Christian Like manner at the discretion of my Exects. And as tuching such wordly estate wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me with in this life I give and dispose of the same in ye following Manner.

Impr. I give and dispose of my House Garden and all my tenement of land that I do possess with and all the household goods to my Sons Thos. and Alexander Tuckfield whom I make Exects. of this my last will and testament with taking care for their Brother John Tuckfield during their lifetime if he do live so long.

Item I give to myDaughter Mary one shilling to be paid her by my Exects. within twelve months after my decease.

Item. I give to my Daughter Jane the Heffer and for my Executors to pay hertwenty shillings within twelve months after my decease.

I do hereby utterly disannull and revoke all and every other former testament wills and legacies and bequests and ---- [?] by me in any wayes before named Wills and Bequeved. Ratifying and Confirming this and no other to be my last will and testament. In Witness hereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seal the day and year above written.

In the name of God Amen this ffirst day of May 1732 I Thomas Tuckfield of the pish of Germoein the County of Cornwall Yeoman being sick & weake in body but of perfect memory and remembrance/ blessed be God for it, and knowing the uncertainty of this life doo make this my last will and testament in manner and form following. ffirst and principally I Commit my soul into the hands of Allmighty God and hoping through the meritts of Jesus Christ to have free pardon and forgiveness of all my sins my body to the earth to be decently buried according to the discretion of my Executrix hereafter named and as to any temporall estate --- ---- --- --- hath --- me ---- ---- I now give and bequeath ye same as followeth.

Impr. I give and bequeath unto my son Thomas one Halfe Crowne to be payd him at ye end of one month after my death. Together with all ye dwelling house wherin I now live in Germoe Churchtown and one halfe of ye Garden to ye same belonging for and during all such --- ---- & number of years as shall then be to come to ----- [?] in the same by ----- of the originall Lease by which the same is held . -------- [?] from and after the death & decease of ----- -------[?] And Likewise the other halfe of my household goods after his Mothers death.

Item. I do Give and Bequeath unto my Daughter Elizabeth one shilling to be payd at the end of one month after my daeth.

Item.I do Give and Bequeath unto my Daughter Christian one shilling to be payd one month after my death.

Item. All the Rest of my Goods & Chattells whatsoever not herein before given and bequethed I Doo Give and Bequeath unto my Dear and Loving Wife Elizabeth during her life, and after her death unto my said sons as is before herein given and bequeathed ____ And lastly I doo hereby nominate Constitute Apoint and Ordayne Elizabeth my wife to be my sole Executrix of this my last will Revoking and making Void all former Wills by me heretofore made. In the name of God amen, the tenth day of August in the year of our Lord God and Saviour Jesus Christ one thousand seven hundred and forty two.

I John Bettesworth of the Parish of Ludgvan in the County of Cornwall, Physitian being sick in body but of good and perfect mind and memory, thanks be to Allmighty God: and considering the uncertain state of this transitory life, and ye all flesh must yield unto death when God shall please to call, do make,constitute, order and declare this my last will and testament in manner and form following. Revoking and annulling by these presents all and every testament and testaments, will and wills heretofore by me made & declared either by word or writing: and this to be taken only for my last will and testament and none other. And first being penitent & sorry for all my sins past, most sincerely desiring forgivness for the same.

I give therefore and commit my soul to Allmighty God my Saviour and Redeemer and by the merits of Jesus Christ I trust, and assuredly hope to be saved, and that soul and body at the general day of Resurrection shall rise again with joy, Thro’ ye righteousness & merits of Jesus Christ alone, to inherit his eternal joy, and my body to be buried with a plain decent Christian burial, where my Executrixes shall think most convenient.

And now for settling my temporal estate, and such goods and chattels, as it hath pleased God to bestow upon me. I do order, give and dispose the same in manner & form following (that is to say) First I give and bequeath unto my daughters Catherine Ralf and Margaret Bettesworth (whom I make and constitute my Joynt Executrixes of this ny last will). I say I give and bequeath unto them joyntly & equally to be divided, as near as conveniently & peaceably between them, all my estate whether real or personal with goods and chattels moveable and unmoveable to them and their only whole disposal forever, and this is my will and appoytment that my said Executrixes shall well and truly pay to Mary Cornish my daughter the sume of one shilling of good and lawfull money of Great Britain, if demanded within six months after my decease and to prevent clamours and disputes from all, I say if it should appear ye any others of my lawfull children shall be alive after my decease, I then appoyht my Executrixes to pay each the summe of one shilling if demanded in six months after my decease.

In Witness whereof I set my hand the day and year above said. Item, I desire my son in law Mr.Noal to be their guardian viz to my Executrixes above said.

Will

This is the last will and testament of me William Maddern of the Parish of Sancreet in the County of Cornwall Yeoman.

First. I give and bequeath to my Wife one annuity or yearly rent charge of twenty pounds payable quarterly during her natural life by my executor, and I do subject my tenements aclled The Gears in the Parish of Saint Hilary to the payment thereof. Also I bequeath to her such part of my household furniture as she shall think proper to take for her use only during her natural life.

Also. I give and bequeath to my son John if he shall be living at the time of my death, all taht tenement called The Gears in Saint Hilary which I held by virtue of lease from Sir John Saint Aubyn, to hold to my said son from the death of my wife for and during the remainder of the term which shall be therein then to come and unexpired.

Also. I give and bequeath to my daughter Grace two pounds twelve shillings payable quarterly by my Executor during the natural life of my wife and the sum of thirty pounds at the end of twelve months after the death of my wife.

Also. I give and bequeath to my daughter Honor, thirty pounds.To my daughter Cherry thirty pounds- To my daughter Martha thirty pounds. To my daughter Margaret thirty pounds to be paid them respectively at the end of twelve months after the death of my wife.

Lastly. All the rest residue and remainder of my goods Chattels and effects of what nature or kindsoever which I die possessed of or be intitled unto at the time of my death I give and bequeath to my son William whom I hereby make nominate and appoint executor of this my will and testament.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the twelfth day of October in the year of our Lord, One Thousand, Eight Hundred and Thirteen.
