Will
This is the last Will and Testament of me Francis Maddern of the parish of Paul in the County of Cornwall Yeoman.
I give and bequeath to my wife Jane Maddern all that my Leasehold Tenement and Premises situate in Trevorrain in the Parish of St.Buryan aforesaid now in the several occupations of William Jelbert and William Weymouth To Have and to hold the same unto my said wife Jane Maddern her Executors Administrators or assigns from and immediately after my decease for and during all such Term Estate and Interest as shall be then therein to come and expire; but should I outlive my said wife Jane Maddern then in that event, after my decease to Permit and suffer my Daughter Mary Maddern her Executors, Administrators and Assigns to Have, Hold and Enjoy the said Premises and to take the Rents, Issues, and Profits thereof for and during all the Residue and Remainder of the Term, Estate and Interest which may be then to come and expire therein. One Half of which, Rents, Profits and Issues she shall pay I Quarterly payments to her Brother James Maddern.
All the rest, residue and remainder of my Goods and Chattles, rights, credits and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature kind or sort soever I shall be possessed of at the time of my decease I give and bequeath to my wife Jane Maddern To have and to hold, the same unto my said Wife for the term of her natural life and from and immediately after her decease I give and bequeath the same to my said Daughter Mary Maddern her Executors, Administrators and Assigns, as her and their own Proper Goods and Chattels, thenceforth for Ever. And I hereby make, nominate, constitute , and appoint my said wife Executrix of this my last will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made. In witness whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament written on Two Sheets of Paper, to the first sheet where I have set my Hand and affixed my Seal and to this Second and last sheet where I have also set my Hand and affixed my Seal, this Twenty Second day of November in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty One.

Will
This is the Last Will and Testament of me Francis Maddern of Boleigh in the parish of St.Buryan in the county of Cornwall Yeoman.
First I give and bequeath to my dear wife Jane an Annuity of Fifteen pounds per year to be paid by quarterly payments out of my leasehold property in Boleigh with the dwelling house and furniture I now occupy during her natural life.
All the residue of my property of what nature or kind soever after paying all my just debts and funeral expences I give to my four sons, William Francis, James and Oliver share and share alike, I nominate and appoint John Williams of Churchtown St. Buryan an Executor of this my last Will and Testament, I also appoint James Maddern of the same place Guardian to act joint with the said John Williams.

Renunciation
Admon to above granted to John Williams of St.Buryan, Yeoman , James Maddern the other Guardian having only renounced all rights.
Whereas Francis Maddern late of the parish of Saint Buryan within the Deanery of Saint Buryan in the County of Cornwall, Yeoman deceased before his death only made and executed his last Will and Testament in Writing bearing date the Eleventh day of November One thousand Eight Hundred and forty eight and therin nominated and appointed John Williams of the said parish of Saint Buryan Executor thereof and the said deceased did in and by his said will also appoint James Maddern of the same parish " Guardian to Axt joint with the said John Williams" and whereas the said Francis Maddern at the time of his death was entitled to ----- [?] Chattells and Effects within the Royal Peculiar and Exempt Jurisdiction of the said Deanery of Saint Buryan Now know all men by these presents that I the said James Maddern for certain causes me hereunto moving have renounced and disclaimed and by these presents do renounce and disclaim the said Guardianship and all right and like in or to the same And hereby consent desire and direct as afr as by law I may or can that Letters of Administration of the Goods Chattells and Creditsof the said Francis Maddern deceased with his said will Annexed may be granted and Committed in due form of law to the said John Williams the Executor Appointed in and by the said will. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this fifth day of June One Thousand Eight Hundred and forty nine.

Will
I Martin Madran, Dairyman, of the parish of Buryan in the County of Cornwall, do hereby make and ordain this my last will and Testament in the following manner and form, this fifteenth day of January one thousand eight hundred and forty eight.
First, I give and bequeath unto my son William Willis Madran, Fisherman now a resident in Mousehole in the county of Cornwall, the sum of Ten pounds, to be paid to him the said William Willis Madran, by my daughter Mary Ann Madran within three months from and after the time of my decease.
Secondly, I give and bequeath unto my son John Madran, Labourer now residing at St.Ives in the county of Cornwall, the sum of Ten pounds to be paid him the said John Madran by my daughter Mary Ann Madran, within three months from and after the time of my decease.
Also I give and bequeath unto my said sons William Willis Madran and John Madran my horse togethrt with my cart, each of them the said William Willis Madran and John Madran to enjoy and possess freely and immediately after the time of my decease, the right claim and use of an equal share to the other in the said horse and cart.
Lastl I give and bequeath unto my daughter Mary Ann Madran whom I make the sole Executrix of this my Will and Testament, All my household furniture, money, with all the rest of my property of what kind soever,/ The before mentioned bequeasts excepted/ And I do hereby declare this to be my last will and Testament ( revoking every other will heretofore made and attested by me), to which I set my hand and seal, in the presence of John Tremelling and Jane Madran who have in my presence hereunder subscribed their names as witnesses, this fifteenth day of January one thousand eight hundred and forty eight.

In the name of God amen the first day of May 1706.
I Gorg Dennis of the Pish of Buryan in the County of Cornwall Yeoman being in perfect memory and remembrance praysed bee Almity God doo make this my last will and testament in manner and form folloinge. First I bequeath my soul into the hands of Almity God my Creator hoping through the merits of my Blesed Savioure hoping to obtain pardon and permission of all my sins and my body to Christian Buryall at the discretion of my Executor herein after named.
Item. I give and bequeath unto Briget my beloved Wife the sum of one shilling and the best bed and featherbed and the bedclothes that belongs to it during her life time and then to fall to Peter my son the said best bed and feather bed and one hefer of two or three years ould to be delivered him within one year after my death.
Item. I give and bequeath unto Jane my daughter the ould house and the garden behind the house that Richard Carbins lately lived in if she happen to over live her husband and bee a widow said house and garden she is to have during her life time but if she mary ageen shee shall have nothing to doo with the said house and garden nither shee shall not get the said house and garden nor give it without the consent of my Executor first had and obtained.
Item. I give and bequeath unto Mary my daughter one shilling to be paid her within one yeare after my death.
Item.I give and bequeath unto Ellenor my daughter the sum of one shilling to be paid her within one yeare after my death.
Item. I give and bequeath unto Elizabeth my daughter one hefer of two or three yeares ould to be delivered her within one yeare after my death.
And all the rest of my goods and chattels I give and bequeath unto Sampson my eldest son home.I doo nominate and appoint to bee my Executor of all my goods on condission hee shall pay all my dets and legasis and I doo nominate and appoint my Brothers Sampson dennis and Richard Dennis my both Brothers to bee guardians and trustees over Sampson my son until hee comes to lawfull age.
In witness hereof I have hereunto set my hand and seale this first day of May 1706.
