In the name of God Amen on the 10th. day of August. The ----- yeare of the raigne of out most Gratious Soveraigne Ladie Elizabeth by the Grace of God of England France and Ireland Queen Defender of the Faith ----- 1607.

I Wiliam Gibbes of the Pishe of Sancreed in the County of Cornwall Husbandman beinge in my perfect mynde and memory do make my laste will and testament in manner and forme followinge.

First, I bequeath my soule to Allmyghtie God and my body to be burryed in the Holy ground -----.

Item, I give toward the maytaynance and reporation of the Church of Sancreed -------[?].

In the name of God amen I william Prater of the Parish of Newlyn in the County of Cornwall being sicke in bodye but p.ficte of memory thanks be to Almightye God, doo make and ordayne this my last will and testament in manner and forme followinge.

First. I give and bequeath my sole to Almightye God my Maker and Redeemer and my Bodye to Christian buriall.

Item.Whereas I was to have ffortye pounds of Thomas Restell in marying his daughter unto my sonn Thomas Prater, the ------ I have not yett -------, my will and maening is that the said ffortye pounds should be payde unto my sonne Thomas and he to have it durringe the life of my wife Anne and after her death my will is that Thomas my sonne shall pay, and in the meane time shall ------- to be paid, unto my three daughters now unmarried the some of ffortye pounds to be equally divided betwene them, to be paid them within four years after my Wifes death.. That then and upon that condition that my three daughters be secured of the ffortye pounds.

I give and bequeath unto my sonne Thomas the tenement that now I dwell in -------- to have and to hould the said tenement unto the said Thomas Prater his executors or assigns imediatly after the death of Anne my wife. ----------- the confirminance of my lease under the bond and ----- ----- ----- in apprasal.
