What happens if you get a real disaster during a disaster training exercise? Iowa State discovered yesterday. The exercise was a simulated bio-hazard at a major sports event. The real disaster was a simultaneous failure of all the 911 computer systems across the state. It also affected city and council management, fire and police services.
