I appreciate you spread the word about Darren Hoyt’s article, but I certainly would like to correct your statement that I know nothing about the issues. I know plenty. What I like is sharing the thoughts and lessons learned by others on how people use the web to market their products.
The lessons Darren learned from doing his article for his site and Performancing are lessons we can all learn to help us improve our strategies on web marketing.

It was only based on
Perhaps “Issues” was the wrong word – and it was “knew” so you, like us, learned from the experience.
